Mr. Ashif Ikbal, Principal of Narayana International School – Khiddirpore, is a distinguished academic leader with a strong foundation in English literature and school leadership. He holds an M.A. in English, B.Ed., and a Post Graduate Diploma in School Leadership and Management (PGDSLM). A Gold Medalist in English from Aligarh Muslim University, Mr. Ikbal’s career reflects a perfect balance of scholarship, innovation, and visionary leadership. His exceptional contributions to education have been widely recognized. He is a recipient of the Dronacharya Award from World Education Review Magazine, the Award of Excellence from Bharat Vikas Parishad, and was honored as an Exceptional Academic Leader by AKS Education Awards. In 2021, he was certified as a Microsoft Innovative Educator Trainer, and has also been awarded for his focus on comprehensive evaluation by Eldrok. Most recently, he received the 21st Century Phenomenal Principal Award from the Education Board of Vocational Training and Development.
